THE BUSINESS CASE
“Your leaders are the hardest people to replace.”
Mental health challenges can keep people off work much longer than physical injuries.
WHS laws now require organisations to support psychosocial wellbeing and manage high job demands.
Wellbeing days provide short-term relief, and coaching sessions offer guidance, but real progress happens in the daily work between them.
Your leaders don’t need another workshop. They need sustained support and someone to help them stay on track.

How it works
Three 30-minute workplace sessions, followed by a weekly 15-minute call and brief daily check-ins.
What they tell me stays with me.
Leaders only open up when they know it won't reach the business. So the line is drawn on day one, and they see it before they start.
The only exceptions are a serious risk of harm, or where the law requires disclosure.

At Day 90, there's a result to show.
Not a feeling. One result they chose at the start, measured against where they began.
The result: The goal they chose, against their starting point. For example: home by 6:30 four nights a week, or seven hours' sleep on work nights.
Before and after: They retake the nine questions and see their Pressure Map from Day 1 next to Day 90.
Theirs to keep: A personal operating manual: how their hard weeks run, and what to do when they slip.
For 20 years I've worked with the people the business runs through.
Business owners, partners and executives, at 5am before their day takes over. The real conversations happened between the sets. That's where I find what's holding a leader back, and where they get held to it.

Questions people leaders ask
-
Attendance, and progress against the goal you agreed. Nothing else. The leader sees exactly what you'll see before they start.
-
Three 30-minute sessions where they already work. After that, 15 minutes a week and a minute or two a day.
-
No. It's behavioural guidance for leaders under load. It sits alongside your EAP. Anyone who needs medical or psychological care is pointed to a professional.
-
Keep them. Their trainer runs the sets. I hold them to what happens between them.
-
Per leader, for 90 days. You'll have a quote after a 15-minute call.
-
One leader who wants it, a sponsor to agree the goal, and 15 minutes.
Start with one leader.
A 15-minute call to see if it's a fit. No obligation.
